Refund Policy

At Let's HAB, we provide AI Voice Agent and AI Chatbot services designed to help businesses automate inbound conversations, capture leads, and improve customer response handling.

By purchasing or subscribing to Let's HAB services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Activation Charges

All activation, setup, onboarding, installation, configuration, AI training, and implementation charges are non-refundable once the service has been installed, configured, or made active.

Activation charges cover the work required to prepare, configure, test, train, and deploy the AI system for the customer's business.

2. Monthly Subscription Charges

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

This includes charges for access to the HAB dashboard, AI Voice Agent, AI Chatbot, hosting, system availability, support, monitoring, and ongoing service usage.

Failure to use the service after activation does not qualify for a refund.

3. Service Performance Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered if the AI system fails to perform according to the committed service scope for more than five verified conversations after activation.

To qualify, the customer must provide written notice and allow Let's HAB a reasonable opportunity to review, troubleshoot, retrain, or correct the issue.

A refund will not apply if the issue is caused by:

  • Incorrect business information provided by the customer
  • Incomplete onboarding details
  • Customer-side phone forwarding issues
  • Third-party CRM, calendar, website, or carrier limitations
  • Changes made by the customer without notifying Let's HAB
  • Requests outside the agreed service scope
  • Normal AI limitations, edge cases, or isolated conversation errors

4. Usage Minutes & Overage Billing

Some plans may include a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes. Any usage beyond the included allowance may be billed separately based on the applicable plan rate.

If a customer believes extra usage minutes were calculated incorrectly, they may request a usage review.

If Let's HAB confirms a billing error, the incorrect overage amount may be corrected through a credit, adjustment, or refund for the disputed overage portion only.

This does not qualify the customer for a refund of activation charges or standard monthly subscription fees.

5. Free Trials & Promotions

If a trial or promotional offer is provided, the customer may cancel before the paid billing period begins to avoid future charges.

Once the paid billing cycle starts, standard refund terms apply.

6. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting Let's HAB support through official communication channels.

Cancellation requests are reviewed and processed by our team. Customers should submit cancellation requests before their next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellation does not create eligibility for refunds on prior payments, activation charges, used services, or current billing cycle fees.

7. No Guaranteed Business Results

Let's HAB does not guarantee specific revenue, number of leads, booked jobs, customer conversions, or business growth.

Our service is designed to support inbound communication and lead capture, but results may vary based on business demand, market conditions, customer behavior, phone setup, website traffic, advertising activity, and operational follow-up.

8. Refund Review Timeline

Customers must report any service-related issue within 7 calendar days of activation or occurrence of the issue.

Once a refund request is submitted, Let’s HAB will review the request, conversation logs, onboarding details, and system activity within 5-10 business days.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-15 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Requests submitted after the applicable reporting period may not qualify for refund review.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Let's HAB first regarding any billing concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Let's HAB reserves the right to provide service records, conversation logs, setup records, usage logs, onboarding details, accepted terms, and communication history in response to any payment dispute.

10. Exceptions

Any refund, credit, or adjustment is issued solely at the discretion of Let's HAB and does not waive or modify this Refund Policy for future transactions.
