Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Let's HAB (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Let's HAB provides AI-powered automation tools, including but not limited to:
  • AI Chatbots
  • AI Voice Agents
  • Lead capture and qualification systems
  • CRM and third-party integrations
  • Automation and analytics dashboards

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account & Usage

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws

You may not:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
  • Interfere with platform performance

4. Subscription & Billing (Updated)

A. Pricing Structure

Let's HAB offers two pricing options:

1. Commitment Plan (6-Month Minimum Term)

  • $499/month
  • No setup fee
  • Requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months

2. Month-to-Month Plan (No Commitment)

  • $999 one-time setup fee
  • $499/month recurring
  • No long-term commitment

All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Minimum Commitment (Rewritten)

A. Commitment Plan

Clients who select the Commitment Plan agree to:

  • A minimum service term of six (6) months
  • Full payment responsibility for the entire term

Early cancellation is not permitted, and the client remains liable for all unpaid amounts within the commitment period.

In the event of non-payment, Let's HAB reserves the right to suspend services and pursue recovery of outstanding balances. This may include engaging a third-party collections agency and/or initiating legal action to recover any unpaid amounts. The client agrees to be responsible for any reasonable costs associated with such recovery efforts, including collection fees, legal fees, and administrative expenses.

B. Month-to-Month Plan

Clients who select the Month-to-Month Plan:

  • Are not bound by a long-term contract
  • May cancel at any time with proper notice (see Section 6)

The setup fee is required to cover onboarding, development, and deployment costs.

6. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to info@letshab.com.

For Commitment Plan Clients (6-Month Plan)

  • Cancellation is only effective after completion of the six (6) month minimum term
  • Clients remain responsible for all payments within the commitment period

For Month-to-Month Clients

  • Clients may cancel at any time
  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle
  • Once a billing cycle begins, it is non-refundable

7. No Refund Policy (Strengthened)

All payments made to Let's HAB are non-refundable, including:
  • Setup fees (including the $999 onboarding fee)
  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Partial billing periods

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Early cancellation
  • Lack of usage
  • Change in business conditions

8. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree:
  • Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Let's HAB
  • To resolve billing issues directly with our team

Any unauthorized chargeback:

  • Will be considered a breach of these Terms
  • May result in immediate service termination
  • May lead to recovery actions, including legal proceedings

9. Data & Client Responsibility

  • Clients retain ownership of their data
  • Let's HAB acts as a service provider processing data on behalf of clients
Clients are responsible for:
  • Compliance with laws (including call recording disclosures)
  • Proper use of collected data
  • Ensuring consent where required

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted operation
  • Error-free performance

Maintenance, updates, or external factors may affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Let's HAB shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities
  • Any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Let's HAB harmless from:
  • Claims arising from your use of the Services
  • Violations of laws or regulations
  • Misuse of data or communications

13. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, systems, and content belong to Let's HAB.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
  • Restrict access in case of non-payment or misuse

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
