Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Let's HAB (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Let's HAB provides AI-powered automation tools, including but not limited to:
  • AI Chatbots
  • AI Voice Agents
  • Lead capture and qualification systems
  • CRM and third-party integrations
  • Automation and analytics dashboards

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account & Usage

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws

You may not:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
  • Interfere with platform performance

4. Subscription & Billing

A. HAB Voice & Chat Subscription

The HAB Voice & Chat package is billed at $299.00 USD per month and includes up to 600 AI Voice minutes per billing cycle.

The included usage allowance is estimated to support approximately 220–300 calls per month depending on average call duration.

1. Month-to-Month Plan

  • $299 one-time Installation & Onboarding Fee
  • $449/month recurring subscription
  • Includes up to 1,500 voice minutes per billing cycle (approximately 550–600 calls/month depending on call duration)
  • No long-term commitment required

2. Six-Month Upfront Plan

  • Six (6) months paid upfront in advance
  • 10% discount applied to the total subscription amount
  • Includes up to 1,500 voice minutes per month during the subscription term
  • Additional usage is billed at $0.32 per minute
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase

Unused minutes do not roll over to future billing cycles.

B. Overage Usage Charges

Any usage exceeding the included 600 AI Voice minutes will be billed at a rate of $0.32 USD per additional minute.

Additional usage charges may be automatically billed to the payment method on file.

C. Billing Authorization

By subscribing to Let’s HAB services, the client authorizes recurring monthly billing using the payment method provided during checkout or onboarding.

Recurring charges will continue unless cancellation is requested in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

6. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to info@letshab.com.

For Commitment Plan Clients (6-Month Plan)

  • Cancellation is only effective after completion of the six (6) month minimum term
  • Clients remain responsible for all payments within the commitment period

For Month-to-Month Clients

  • Clients may cancel at any time
  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle
  • Once a billing cycle begins, it is non-refundable

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Let's HAB are non-refundable, including:
  • Setup fees (including the $299 onboarding fee)
  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Partial billing periods

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Early cancellation
  • Lack of usage
  • Change in business conditions

8. Cancellation & Deactivation

Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the official support channels or billing portal.
Cancellation requests are reviewed by the Let’s HAB team within 24 business hours.
Service remains active until the cancellation request has been processed and confirmed by the Let’s HAB team.
No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time, unused minutes, or partially used billing periods.

9. Data & Client Responsibility

  • Clients retain ownership of their data
  • Let's HAB acts as a service provider processing data on behalf of clients
Clients are responsible for:
  • Compliance with laws (including call recording disclosures)
  • Proper use of collected data
  • Ensuring consent where required

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted operation
  • Error-free performance

Maintenance, updates, or external factors may affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Let's HAB shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities
  • Any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Let's HAB harmless from:
  • Claims arising from your use of the Services
  • Violations of laws or regulations
  • Misuse of data or communications

13. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, systems, and content belong to Let's HAB.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
  • Restrict access in case of non-payment or misuse

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
